Inflatable Stand Up Paddling on the Salmon River

Inflatable Stand Up Paddling on the Salmon River is happening this summer! We have 4 Inflatable Stand Up Paddle boards to enjoy on the Middle Fork of the Salmon or the Main Salmon this summer. We have 3 C4 Waterman ISUP’s and just bought a NRS XXXL ISUP which is HUGE!

Never before has Inflatable Stand Up Paddling on the Salmon River been so accessable. Inflatable Stand Up Paddling on the Main Salmon River is ideal as the water is over 70F and the air temperatures are in the 80-90’s. It is like paddling in the bahamas but you are floating down the river on an ISUP. Inflatable Stand Up Paddling on the Salmon River can be done while standing, sitting or even on your belly like a surftboard. At Middle Fork river Expeditions we have had guests paddle the entire 81 miles of the Main Salmon River. Because it is a pool and drop trype river, Inflatable Stand Up Paddling is perfect, as below each rapid there is a pool. Inflatable Stand Up Paddling on the Salmon Rivers of Idaho is best in July thru Sept every year. This is ideal as the river is more gentle and the water temperatures have really gone up, and can be as high as 75F in August.

Inflatable Stand Up Paddling on the Salmon River with a collapsable paddle is ideal as you can telescope it up for Standing Up and then telescope it down for sitting down thru the rapids if need be.

Middle Fork River Expeditions requires helmets to be worn at all times while on the ISUP. Inflatable Stand Up Paddling on the Salmon River is safest with a wetsuit for warmth and protection and also a helmet and sturdy river shoes, not sandels.

Come join us this summer for Inflatable Stand Up Paddling on the Salmon River!
